The en suite rooms are airy and the breakfast is delicious. the staff are amazingly kind. the location is near the incredibly beautiful Holyrood Park, a "must see" attraction. the city centre is also nearby, as well as local car rental and shops.

Excellent, marvellous location in the nice quiet area. In front of a bus stop for easy access. Family atmosphere and impeccably clean and airy rooms.

Clean hotel, very tasty and great breakfast, the location is good adjacent to Holyrood Park, the Royal Mile and surrounding attractions and local landmark. The rooms are modern and airy, with an electric kettle, central heating and a TV. The staff is friendly and absolutely kind as well as property's owner. The ambiance is quiet.

The service was perfect and the value was reasonable. There is easy parking nearby. the location is magnificent, right by the incredibly beautiful Holyrood Park, which is a "must see". It's only a 10-minute walk to the town centre through the park, which is a very nice walk. the rooms are spotless and airy.

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional and very helpful. The young chap at the breakfast room was pleasant and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with a beautiful park nearby which offered a pleasant walk into the city center. the option to take a bus or taxi for a quick ride to the city was a great convenience.
The interior of the accommodation was a bit shabby and could use some renovation. It lacked a little love and investment.
